## Hello! I'm Lydia Villarreal at Gateway Mortgage.

I was born and raised in Mexico. I lived in San Antonio until 2020 when I moved to Eagle Pass to reconnect with my roots. Here, I saw tremendous opportunities in the border area and committed myself to helping and educating our community about the importance of maintaining good financial health.

With a background in commercial and business careers, I've been in the mortgage business since 2003. I specialize in construction loans, one-time closings, FHA, Conventional, and bond loans. My approach is reliable, fast, and accurate, and I always put my clients first.
