## Hello! I'm Trever Kerr at Gateway Mortgage.

Having lived in the DFW metroplex for over 40 years, I have deep roots in this vibrant community. My wife Susan and I have been happily married for 20 years, and we have two wonderful children. Our daughter Ashlyn is a freshman at Stephen F. Austin, while our son Ryan is a junior at Midlothian Heritage, where he excels in varsity football and golf.

Outside of work, I am an avid golfer and enjoy watching football and spending quality time with my kids. With over 20 years of experience in the mortgage business, I have been recognized as a top 1% originator in the nation by Mortgage Executive Magazine and voted one of the best mortgage professionals by D Magazine.
