Leadership Hero

Our story starts here.

Throughout our more than 20-year history, our singular focus has been to strengthen families and communities through our work. With each phase and evolution of our organization, we've found new opportunities to build upon this vision with the solutions we offer, the service we deliver, and the way we do business.

As the mortgage crisis of 2007 hit, we not only weathered the storm but grew our team and expanded our capabilities to better serve our customers.

Served and counting

100,000 served and counting.

By 2017, we had grown to a team of 1,200 serving 100,000 customers across 150 communities—but we still had our sights set on something bigger.

The way forward.

In 2019, we merged with a 100-year-old community bank. This move expanded the portfolio of financial services and expertise we could bring to the people and communities we serve.

And the rest is history.
