JENKS, Okla., March 4, 2019 – Gateway Mortgage Group, a full-service mortgage company licensed in 40 states and the District of Columbia, today announced it held its largest sales rally to date to educate, motivate and inspire its sales force.

In its sixth year, Gateway’s annual sales rally was held at The Worthington Renaissance Hotel in Fort Worth, Texas, drawing over 500 team members from across the mortgage company’s network. The rally included breakout sessions, covering topics from digital marketing, mortgage products, operations, and other best practices to ensure continued excellence.

Additionally, Gateway dedicated time to celebrate the company’s collective victories and recognize top performers. During the event, 81 Team Members  were recognized for  record-breaking production, utilization of digital mortgage tools, and overall team performance. The event’s keynote speakers ranged from Gateway’s CEO Stephen Curry to Victor Antonio (host of Spike TV’s Life of Debt) and Andy Buckley, who played David Wallace in comedy series The Office. Entertainment included lip sync contests and an evening at the iconic Billy Bob’s Texas complete with a live rodeo.

Management discussed the outlook for 2019 and offered insight into the company’s  growth initiatives.  The highlight of these initiatives was the recent announcement that Gateway Mortgage Group will be transformed into a full-service, digital first bank. The advent of new products and new technology, and the positive impact of full-service banking led to resounding applause.

Furthermore, the company presented its year-end review of charitable giving. Gateway has a long tradition of giving back to communities by regularly donating to churches and local charitable organizations that meet the needs of those who need it most. Gateway also champions veterans through  Folds of Honor and contributes to educational scholarships awarded to the families of fallen and disabled service members. These donations  give the recipients hope and the opportunity to  reach their full potential. In 2018, Gateway donated more than $580,000 to a variety of charitable organizations nationwide.
