Gateway conducts periodic reviews of our account records and may have sent a communication to you reporting outstanding unclaimed funds. State law requires us to report and remit these funds if we do not make contact with you.

Refund requests can take up to 60 days to process once we receive your response. If we do not receive your response by the date referenced in the letter you received, your funds will be transferred to the State to whom all further claims must be directed.
