Donelle Harder is the Chief of Staff to the 28th Governor of Oklahoma. She brings over 15 years of leadership experience in public affairs, policy strategy, and governance across both public and private sectors. Harder has a proven track record advising companies, institutional investors, and state leaders on growth, governance best practices, and reputation management.
Prior to that, Harder successfully founded and scaled a regional strategic communications firm before it was acquired in 2022 by Pinkston, a national marketing and communications firm based in the Washington DC metroplex. There, she served as Senior Vice President, leading high-profile financial services accounts, delivering crisis management and board-level communications strategies, and becoming a top producer of new business before her departure.
A graduate of Baylor University, Harder is recognized for her ability to translate vision into execution, navigating complex public dialogue, building stakeholder trust, and guiding high-stakes initiatives with measurable impact.
