Marty Schoenthaler serves as the Chief Transformation Officer where he works with our technology and enablement teams in developing our technical capabilities and performance with our ongoing operations, as well as our new business lines.
Marty has over 40 years of experience in leadership across technology, energy and automotive industries:

- Tate Boys Tire & Service (2016-2020) – Chief Executive Officer
- Archer Daniels Midland (2012-2016) – Vice President and Chief Information Officer
- Conoco Phillips (2002-2011) – General Manager, Information Technology
- Phillips Petroleum (2000-2002) – Manager, Business Technology & Development
- IBM (1983-2000) – Various Sales & Marketing Management Roles
Marty holds an MBA from the University of Arkansas and BS Business Administration & AS Computer Programming from Missouri Southern State University. He is married, has three children and five grandchildren. He was also recognized as the Oracle Corporation’s CIO of the Year for North America in 2014.
