6.4.2025 - Gateway Gives Back

Soldier and Girl

TULSA, Okla., June 3, 2025 — Gateway Mortgage is honored to continue its steadfast commitment to Folds of Honor, a nonprofit providing educational scholarships to the spouses and children of America’s fallen or disabled military heroes. Since 2017, Gateway has donated a portion of every closed home loan—culminating in a remarkable $793,000 in support, including $43,000 contributed in 2024 alone.

This mission of giving has inspired action well beyond Gateway’s walls. Many of our loan originators personally match donations, and partners across the industry have joined the cause, amplifying the impact even further.

“Our military families give everything in service to our country,” said Kyle Hubbard, CEO of Gateway. “Through these scholarships, we honor their sacrifice and help build a brighter future for their loved ones.”

Jeff Schmidt, President of Mortgage Banking, added, “At Gateway, giving back isn’t a campaign—it’s who we are. With every home loan we close, we’re proud to support the promise of education and opportunity through Folds of Honor.”

Together, we’re not just closing loans—we’re opening doors to hope, opportunity, and lasting impact.
