If you’ve been affected by a natural disaster:

  1. Visit our Natural Disaster Assistance Page

  2. Fill out the Disaster Relief Contact Form

If you’ve experienced a hardship (including unemployment, illness, divorce, or death):

  1. Visit our Borrower Assistance Portal

  2. Click “Get Started” to register

Important: You may have previously created an account on our Customer Account Portal to handle routine account activity, such as making your monthly payment. Please note that the Borrower Assistance Portal is a separate tool that utilizes advanced technology to help customers in financial distress. Everything related to your hardship is handled within this portal, while your standard options will remain in your Customer Account Portal.
